Agreement

FedLinks is a directory of federally-registered businesses that have been verified by FedLinks to meet all the requirements necessary to do business with the federal government. FedLinks agrees with (“Customer”) that FedLinks will consolidate information about Customer’s business from SAM, DSBS, FPDS, SBA and VetBiz, and integrate such information into a directory and business profile page for the Customer (collectively, the “Services”).

By executing this agreement (this “Agreement”) by clicking accept and typing your name in the digital signature box, the signor hereby represents and warrants that he or she (i) is the authorized decision maker for the Customer (the “Authorized Signatory”), and (ii) gives FedLinks the approval to perform Services for the Customer.

This Agreement shall commence on the date upon which it is executed by the Authorized Signatory on the Customer’s behalf and shall continue for the term selected (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, the Agreement shall automatically renew for additional thirty (30) day periods (each, a "Renewal Term", and, collectively with the Initial Term and all prior Renewal Terms, the “Term”) unless and until either party provides the other with written notice of termination at least five (5) days prior to the end of the Renewal Term at the end of which termination shall take place. Notification must be received at least five (5) days prior to monthly billing day from Customer. Notification by customer must be given by either faxing FedLinks at: (855) 817-2131 or in writing to: support@fedlinks.com Once card is charged or ACH transfer is executed there are no refunds.

Setup fees are due immediately and selected term fees are due when FedLinks Profile page is live. Thereafter monthly fees are due on the first (1st) day of every Renewal Term. Amounts due will be charged to Customer’s credit card or debited through an ACH transfer on an automatic recurring basis.
