At times, we may ask you to provide

that is identifiable by a unique login e.g. an email address and/or

FedLinks collects information when you
register your company to be advertised with FedLinks or through one
of our third party resellers of FedLinks advertising products or when
you use a credit card. FedLinks may combine information about you
that we have obtained from publicly available records or business
partners. When advertisers register their company we collect
information about your company. For example, some of the information
collected may include name, title, address, phone number, email
address, and company information concerning your business
products/services offered and sold. This information may be made
available to the public as a listing in our directory pages, or on
third party business directories and the search engines that include
Yahoo, Google and others.
c. Information
collected by Cookies
We also make use of website "cookies"
to help you use our services more easily and to help us continuously
improve our Site and our service to you. A "cookie" is a

then be stored on your computer to help our Site "remember"

ACCESS, THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT FEDLINKS IS ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO
NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OR LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THE PRECEDING
