- Over 14+ years of experience performing Network Operations and Support including troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments.
- 9+ years performing network security support and engineering.
- 9+ years of experience assisting customers with establishing an Internet Protocol (IP) address management plan for the entire network including internal and external network segments and all device categories (for example servers, network devices, endpoint devices etc.)
- 9+ years of extensive experience working in a multi-functional, fast paced, high intensity team environment, worked closely with other contractors/vendors as well as our customer directly, provide ad hoc advice/presentation support/attend meetings as needed with little or no notice, wear many hats
- 9+ years of experience with all versions of Checkpoint firewalls (splat, Gaia and ipso).
- 5+ years of experience with Juniper NetScreens/SRX firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, Tipping points/
- 5+ years of experience working with Cisco routers and switches (Cisco IOS) and with various network management tools.
- 4+ years of experience using the “zero trust network architecture” in building, designing and maintaining PCI compliant environments and devices.
- In-depth understanding of the different components in a zero-trust network approach such as the segmentation gateway, centrally managed console, explicitly defined RBAC, MCAPs, DAN and a DAV
- 6+ years of experience with various Operating Systems including Microsoft, Linux Red Hat, Ubuntu, and FreeBSD.
- Extensive with solar winds as well as multiple customized tools in different client environments.
- Extensive experience with different cloud vendors such as vmware vCloud and AWS
