- Onsite Supervisors: Daily quality control inspections during and after regular scheduled work hours, monitor staff performance, preparation of bi-weekly maintenance check lists and daily interfacing with clients.
- Area Managers: Weekly unannounced and scheduled inspections, monitor and manage supplies and materials and weekly interfacing with clients.
- Director of Operations: Oversite of properties, staffing, monthly unannounced and scheduled quality control inspections and interfacing with clients.
