One of the Owners is a Qualified Trainer through the Midwest Energy Association’s Operator Qualifications Program. A copy of the OQ binder is available to all current and future clients at their request. The number one most important thing to us is the safety or our operators, other works, and anyone in and around the project area. The operators are trained on the company safety policy on a quarterly basis. Our Safety Policy is available to all current and future clients at their request. Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace KES Excavating Services, LLC is a drug-free workplace. The owners and employees are required to remain drug-free and can be called upon at any time for a random drug and alcohol screening. Our Drug and Alcohol Policy is available to all current and future clients at their request.
