TJM Institutional Services (Financial)

We are responsible for all aspects of technology for this firm located in Illinois, New York, Florida, and the UK. We assisted in their physical relocation to a newly constructed office space and provided the solutions of their physical data center space, UPS systems, air conditioning, and fire suppressant systems. We provided a dual WAN ISP solution with a fully redundant failover Cisco next-generation cybersecurity firewall, IPS, AMP, and switching system. As a financial firm with an international presence in the industry, we continue to support and maintain their day-to-day operations from infrastructure, network equipment, workstations, printers, email, DNS, Domain controllers, Anti-Virus, etc.  We also have implemented and support remote accessibility for financial traders at their homes. 

MightyVine Tomatoes (Manufacturing)

We were hired to build their data and VOIP infrastructure prior to MightyVine building the indoor tomato farm. We installed all the low voltage wiring and fiber extension to their 1 million square foot state-of-the-art indoor greenhouse and offices. We assisted in the implementation of their sophisticated hydroponic growing system monitoring and sensor equipment and scaling system to create the perfect tomato growing and packaging environment. We implemented their onsite NVR surveillance systems and continue to support the day-to-day operations. 

Mario Tricoci University of Beauty Culture (Educational)

We provided technical support to their 12 campuses that were all out of date and in need of much repair and replacement. During our time with them, they expanded to 16 campuses and we were responsible for building out those campuses. We upgraded the wired and wireless infrastructure in all locations to enhance better throughput for their internal staff and their students who were provided apple tablets for the curriculum. We relocated their back-end servers to our hosted Data Center to provide better airflow, power failover, and faster recovery. We also supported their day-to-day operations with helpdesk support which included setting up email accounts, registering new students, printers, and proprietary industry software solutions.

Local Foods (Retail)

We implemented from the ground up Local Foods Data and VOIP infrastructure. As a new client moving into a new facility, we built the data center utilizing best practices for the needs of airflow, electrical requirements, and power redundancy. We also researched, acquired, configured, implemented, and support their software solutions.  We continue to support their phone systems, workstations, point of sales payment systems, and backup services for their financial and industry-specific software applications. 

Advance Physician (Medical)

We upgraded their network infrastructure, ISP services, and workstations in all their 6 regional locations. We implemented and supported their back-office software solutions and their proprietary third-party software applications. We also provided backup solutions, redundancy, and remote accessibility to their corporate network in addition to daily technical support from the end-users.
