Past Performance

Department of Defense: Over 5 years of human resources and policy experience via IPPS-A, EMILPO, and DEERS/RAPIDS that assisted over 5,000 employees during daily operations. We produced strength reports, audits, and diversity metrics while simultaneously providing managers with guidance on talent acquisitions and relevant human resources procedures. 

U.S. Navy 21st Century Sailor Office: We developed measures of performance and measures of effectiveness for human capital efforts supporting the U.S. Navy Enterprise to aid in decision making across numerous components of the diversity, equity, and inclusion enduring strategy.

U.S. Army Cadet Command: Provided actionable recommendations to senior U.S. Army leaders on how to improve training, education, and inter-cultural competencies for junior military officers. These recommendations promoted diversity and inclusiveness across Army ROTC.  

Massachusetts Army National Guard Innovation Team: Provided an intelligence recommendation in order to explore the moral, ethical, and legal roles of National Guard units beyond the scope of traditional government responsibilities. These recommendations were submitted to senior intelligence officials and promoted awareness and understanding of different complex issues facing today's military.
