Dacosta Construction Company LLC is a cement and concrete housing building company located in Blair, Wisconsin. DCC Concrete buildings are mostly built in their own patented system consisting of 30’ x 30’ square 8’6” high walls, finished with a concrete domed-roof or a concrete pitched-roof. This is called a “Module”. Most houses consist of several Modules built in different configurations. DCC can also build small Strip Malls and larger housing projects. The system allows the building structures to be finished super fast and safe, shortening the building process and costs considerably. These are beautiful super-strong buildings with heavily reinforced concrete using the latest technologies and building methods. Our patented homes are ideal for rental homes as they are Disaster-proof, maintenance-free, fire-resistant. This system makes unique large luxury mansions or luxurious buildings. The Concrete and Cement team takes pride in providing professional, honest and quality work.

Core Competencies
  • All reinforced concrete buildings
  • Housing (individual, small & large projects) Strip-Malls, Storm-Shelters, Insulated/waterproof concrete floor slab.
  • Creators of healthy living environments.
Differentiators
  • Unique patented all concrete homes with a domed or pitched roof. DCC does not use wood at all in the structures of their buildings, which also includes the roof areas.
  • All the insulation and fireproofing are done in a cement-based material applied to a minimum of 3” thick. Styrofoam panels are not used in the buildings.
  • The Walls are 16” thick. Ten inches of reinforced 4000psi concrete sandwiched between a cement waterproofing/insulation material, 3” inside and outside.
  • Roofs can be finished in concrete domes or pitched roofs with shingles or steel. Both systems combined can also be used, inside the house a domed ceiling but outside a normal pitched roof.
  • When the Structure of the Building is completed all the water lines, electrical conduits will be cast inside the walls and floor slab. In some circumstances, the HVAC ducting or the radiant pipes (preferred) can also be cast under/in the floor slab.
  • Electrical and plumbing work can be finished very fast and economically.
  • The buildings maintain an average temperature of 50F to 65F degrees inside regardless of the outside temperature, without any cooling or heating. They are super economical to run and ecological.
  • These buildings are far stronger than wood-framed houses, faster to build, more economical to build and to run.
  • They are fire & natural disasters resistant (earthquake, typhoon, hurricane, tornadoes or straight-winds). Termite, mold, humidity, rot, pest, rodent-free.
  • These are virtually maintenance-free buildings, the reason why they are ideal for student letting or long term residential renting.
