We believe that a Quality Assurance Plan is key to meeting the specific requirements and expectations of our clients and offer:
- Onsite Supervisors - Daily quality control inspections during and after regularly scheduled work hours, monitor staff performance, preparation of bi-weekly maintenance checklists and interfacing with clients
- Area Managers - Weekly unannounced and scheduled inspections, monitor and manage supplies and materials, and weekly interfacing with clients
- Director of Operations - Oversite of properties and staffing, monthly unannounced and scheduled quality control inspections, and interfacing with clients
- President - Meets with Director of Operations on a monthly basis to ensure the effectiveness of our quality assurance plan and implements adjustments accordingly
