Assist Programs is An Educator’s Best First Job®, providing students with a safe, fun and inclusive environment while building career experience for those pursuing a future in education.

We recruit, clear, and train future educators to facilitate a host of enriching activities both during-the-day, before, and after-school at K-8 schools nationwide. Our evidence-based programs are built on active play, sports-based games and positive character education, with social-emotional learning (SEL) and positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) disguised throughout.

For full-service ASES and ELOP programs, we go deeper with cutting-edge STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and VAPA (Visual And Performing Arts) enrichment in partnership with leading organizations.

Please reach out for more information on our programs or federal contracting abilities.
