- Awarded a classified contract with the National Security Agency Maryland Procurement Office to provide office relocating services which required an on-site dispatcher/ supervisor and on-site crew of up to 100 people.
- Awarded a contract with the Air Force Publication and Distribution Center (CONUS) for warehousing of a secured facility, to provide order fulfillment services, and the inventory of both secured & unsecured items.
- Awarded a contract with the Internal Revenue Service to provide office relocations, warehousing, receiving, shipping, mail distribution and inventory control for 7 facilities, including 3 warehouses.
- Awarded a contract with the National Archives and Records Center for transportation and moving related services of fragile material.
- Awarded a contract with the Military Traffic Management Command of the U.S. Army to provide all services, materials, supervision, personnel, labor equipment and all other services required for the storage of military household goods (HHGs) coming from commercial areas.
- Awarded to be a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman for the National Security Agency (NSA) to operate 13 warehouses and facilities, and provide inter-office moving, packing and shipping for over 1 million square feet of occupiable space.

- Awarded a contract with the Department of State to provide both inbound and outbound HHE/ UAB storage services.
- Awarded a contract with the Department of the Army, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey to receive and hold non-temporary storage of retrograde household goods for military members and civilian employees.
- Awarded contracts with the City of Baltimore Election Board and Prince George’s County, Maryland to distribute and return voting machines during election periods.
- Awarded a classified contract with the Naval Intelligence Command to relocate 1900 employees to a new facility in Suitland, Maryland.
- Awarded a contract with NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland to move their Flight Dynamics Facility.
- Awarded a contract with the U.S. Army Space and Building Management to provide crews of up to 30 personnel within 48-hours notice to relocate between various U.S. Army buildings.
- Awarded a contract with The World Bank to relocate over 500 employees which required the development of a logistical plan, coordination of security issues and execution within a 4-day period.
- Awarded a contract with the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) for over 20 years to provide warehousing and logistic activities.
