Managed the process for the $120M Rebuild VA grant program to include creating the process and training for screening, processing, and managing applications; developing the offline tool for calculating the grant award based upon eligibility criteria, tax documentation, and financial statement information of applicants.
James River Insurance - 6 months
Served as Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer to assist with the transformation of IT department from Waterfall to Agile; developed Program Management Team to support Scrum teams. Led organization through first PI Planning. Reported to CIO and worked directly with the leadership team.

Served as a Program Lead for Health Innovations Platform upgrade, supporting the Care Management program. Led team of business analysts, gathered business, and technical requirements for the program.
US Department of Veterans Affairs - 6 months
Contractual services included business, functional, and technical analysis for a veteran’s administration contact Oracle database, Gherkin feature file creation using Eclipse tools, Atom, and Github to support automated testing using Java Cucumber, data definitions, and rules, data dictionary analysis, and cybersecurity strategy.

Agile Coach and Project Manager supporting the .NET conversion for the online services platforms as well as the backend forms processing systems. Worked with senior leadership to provide training on Agile methodology and assisted with team development and conversion from Waterfall to Agile.
