Fabrication

EXCEL Fabrication supplies a full range of pipe and modular fabrication solutions. Our fully equipped 50,000 square foot fabrication facility handles both common and exotic materials including carbon and stainless steel, chromium and nickel alloys, and titanium. We are capable of fabricating pipe spools up to 6 feet in diameter, modular or skid mounted units of various sizes and types, vessels, and heater tubes. An important component of our vertically integrated corporate services is fabrication for our construction and maintenance groups. However, our major focus is on independent fabrication projects for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, power, and marine industries.

Maintenance

EXCEL provides maintenance services to Owners in need of outsourced contract and supplemental manpower resources. Such services are provided to chemical, petrochemical, refining, and manufacturing clients around the world.
